Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Breaking the Spine where you showcase a book that you are well…waiting for. A book that hasn’t been published yet that you just can’t wait to get your hands on. It’s a great way to share in your fellow booklovers’ misery as we all count down the days for a book to be released. It’s also a great way for me to see what everyone else is waiting for and add to my never ending TBR list.
Usually I like to post a Waiting on Wednesday post when a book I can’t wait to read is being released soon. I have to wait a bit longer to get my hands on the book I’m featuring this week though. And that book is…
Title: P.S I Like You
Author: Kasie West
Expected Publication: July 26, 2016
Blurb via Goodreads :
What if the person you were falling for was a total mystery?
While Lily is spacing out in Chemistry one day, she picks up her pencil and scribbles a line from one of her favorite songs on the desk. The next day, someone else has written back to her on the desk! Soon enough Lily and the mystery student are exchanging notes, and lyrics, and even sharing secrets. When Lily finds out that her anonymous pen pal is a guy, she’s flustered — and kind of feels like she’s falling for him. She and her best friend set out to unravel the identity of the letter writer — but when the truth is revealed, the guy is the LAST person Lily could have ever imagined it to be. Now that Lily knows the truth, can she untangle her feelings and gather the courage to listen to her heart?
From beloved author Kasie West (The Distance Between Us) comes an utterly charming story about mixed messages, missed connections, and the magic of good old-fashioned secret admirer notes.
I have a habit of binge reading…I binge read series and I also binge read authors. Once I discover an author that I love I tend to want to get my hands on everything they’ve written. I read The Distance Between Us and I fell in love and am currently making my way through reading all of Kasie West’s books. P.S I Like You sounds like an adorable romance and I just can’t wait to read it. There’s something romantic and timeless about falling in love via letters or in this case notes. Basically, I’m excited about everything about this book! I’m just sorry I have to wait until next summer to get my hands on it. Luckily for me I haven’t made my way through all of Kasie West’s books yet and just got an ecopy of The Fill in Boyfriend from my library…YAY! So at least I have something to enjoy while I wait for this one.
Have you read anything by Kasie West? If you haven’t…what are you waiting for!! 🙂 If you have..What’s you favorite Kasie West book? What book are you waiting for? Leave your own links in the comments, I’d love to check them out! Happy reading all!
